We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help power Webflow’s next chapter of growth. As one of the first hires in our new Chicago office, you’ll play a pivotal role in building our presence from the ground up, shaping team culture, driving outbound sales opportunities, and directly contributing to our broader revenue goals. About the role Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid) 3 days per week in-office; Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Travel up to 15% - primarily for onboarding, industry events, and internal offsites Permanent Full-time Exempt Compensation Chicago, IL (all figures cited below in USD and pertain to workers in the United States): $90,300 For sales roles, the amount provided are the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”), meaning that the amount includes both the sales commissions target and annual base salary for the role.
