We are hiring an in person Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help build Thera’s outbound engine. This role combines structured drip campaigns with high touch outreach including cold calling and in person selling. You will work closely with leadership, learn how deals actually get done, and be on the front lines of how Thera grows. This is a full time, in office role in New York City. Thera is building the financial OS for modern SMBs. Payroll, payments, treasury, spend, accounting, and docs in one integrated platform. We are backed by leading investors including Y Combinator, 10X Founders, Zillionize, and Amino Capital. We sell into real operators. Founders, finance leaders, and business owners who care about execution, trust, and saving time. You will be early, visible, and close to decision making. You will learn how a fintech company actually grows and how to sell into complex operational problems. Strong performance in this role can lead to Account Executive or other growth roles as the company scales. This role includes competitive base pay, commission, and clear growth opportunities.
