The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a critical role in driving new business opportunities for Quantanite by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients. Reporting into the Sales Leadership function, the SDR is responsible for building a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment setting. This is a target-driven, commercially focused role suited to individuals who are resilient, organised, and motivated by results. You’ll work closely with Sales Managers, Account Executives, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality leads are converted into meaningful sales conversations.
