About The Position

MAD Security is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR/Setter) to be the first line of engagement with potential customers. This role is focused on qualifying leads, conducting outbound prospecting, and securing meetings for our Account Executive team - not closing deals. SDRs serve as the connection between Marketing and Sales, building a predictable pipeline and helping MAD Security scale. Sales Team Vision We are building a leadership factory. Requirements

  • 6mo+ experience in an SDR/BDR role OR general sales
  • Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one's own time
  • Open to learning new processes in sales
  • Exceptional over the phone (this is a requirement)
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted outreach via phone and CRM automation to prospective clients.
  • Use our parallel dialer and CRM sequences to manage high-volume activity efficiently and smartly.
  • Qualify both inbound and outbound leads according to our ideal customer profile and criteria.
  • Set and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives with context from engagement.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up tasks, supporting pipeline health and forecasting.
  • Participate in ongoing skills development and coaching to refine your approach.
