MAD Security is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR/Setter) to be the first line of engagement with potential customers. This role is focused on qualifying leads, conducting outbound prospecting, and securing meetings for our Account Executive team - not closing deals. SDRs serve as the connection between Marketing and Sales, building a predictable pipeline and helping MAD Security scale. Sales Team Vision We are building a leadership factory.
