About The Position

At SuitePad, we shape the hotel room of the future. Responsibilities As our SDR, you’ll play a pivotal role in building our sales pipeline and go-to-market engine from the ground up. You’ll be the first touchpoint with prospective customers, driving outbound efforts, qualifying inbound leads, and working closely with leadership to refine messaging and strategy. This is a unique opportunity to join at the ground level, directly influence our U.S. sales approach, and scale into a full-cycle Account Executive (closing) role. We’re a fast-growing SaaS startup on a mission to revolutionize the hospitality industry. Our platform empowers hotels, resorts, and hospitality operators to streamline operations, enhance guest experiences, and drive revenue through intuitive, cloud-based solutions. After establishing strong traction in international markets, we’re expanding into the U.S. and seeking one of our first U.S.-based sales hires.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in a SaaS SDR or BDR role, ideally within a startup or growth-stage company.
  • You’re a self-starter with entrepreneurial instincts — you want to help build, not just execute.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats.
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • Driven by goals, numbers, and continuous improvement.
  • Curious, coachable, and hungry for growth — especially into a closing role.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience selling into enterprise hotel chains and individual hotels throughout the U.S. is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own top-of-funnel sales development efforts in the U.S. hospitality market.
  • Identify and research target accounts within hotels, resorts, and hospitality management groups.
  • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events).
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls for the founding account executive and CEO.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead-gen and messaging.
  • Manage and maintain CRM hygiene (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Work closely with leadership to test, refine, and scale repeatable sales playbooks.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing based on customer interactions.
  • Contribute to a high-performance, positive, and collaborative sales culture.
