About The Position

As we continue to expand our partnerships ecosystem, we are seeking a Partner Sales Development Representative to play a key role in building pipelines through strategic partnerships, including VARs, resellers, and referral partners. This is a senior-level SDR role designed for someone who understands how to sell through relationships, not just direct motion. You will work across sectors with a primary focus on public sector risk pools, commercial insurance organizations, and education risk pools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Two or more years of experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or Business Development
  • Prior partner sales or channel experience strongly preferred including work with VARs, resellers, brokers, or strategic alliances
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Comfortable working across multiple verticals and sales motions
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate value to both partners and end customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and time management
  • Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, build-mode environment
  • Experience with Salesforce and sales engagement tools preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own your outbound prospecting within the partner ecosystem preferred
  • Build pipeline by engaging VARs, resellers, and strategic partners aligned to Vector’s solutions
  • Prospect into public sector risk pools, commercial insurance carriers, and education risk groups
  • Identify and qualify partner-led opportunities and route them to the appropriate Account Executives
  • Develop relationships with partner sales teams to drive consistent opportunity flow
  • Execute outbound campaigns aligned to partner programs and sector initiatives
  • Track outreach, activity, and pipeline in Salesforce and sales engagement tools
  • Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing to refine messaging and go-to-market strategy
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs tied to SITs and deal progression metrics
  • Other assigned duties
