Based at our San Francisco HQ, we operate fully in-person, move fast and hire people who are ready to win. 🚀 Your Mission As our new Sales Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in sharpening the systems, execution, and operating standards behind a world-class outbound engine. You’ll earn your stripes by leading from the front and carrying a personal quota in your first quarter, while guiding the team through HockeyStack’s next stage of rapid growth. You’ll be the force multiplier that elevates team performance and drives true operational excellence, leveraging our proprietary GTM automation system to help the org execute faster and smarter than anyone in the market. This isn’t a passive management role. It’s a hands-on leadership position for someone who wants to actively shape, strengthen, and scale a top-performing SDR organization.
