Building on a legacy of digital media expertise and innovation, RealNetworks has created a new generation of products that employ best-in-class artificial intelligence and machine learning to enhance and secure our daily lives Position Overview: The SAFR business is looking for a resourceful, persistent, and personable individual to play a critical role in building our sales pipeline. In this role, you will help us identify and connect with the right decision-makers at small and mid-sized retail companies. You will combine detective-style online research with good old-fashioned phone work to uncover key contacts and open doors for our sales team. You will also assist with customer outreach by sending introductory emails, engaging on LinkedIn, and doing light qualification follow-ups. Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales development, lead research, or customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence calling into businesses.
  • Excellent research and problem-solving skills - you love figuring things out.
  • Experience with CRM or prospecting tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, etc.) is a plus.
  • Tenacity, curiosity, and comfort wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct creative research to identify new potential retail customers to target for outreach
  • Use tools & investigative actions to gather contact information for key decision-makers at targeted companies.
  • As needed, engage potential customers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Develop and execute sales campaigns, as needed, to identify leads.
  • Qualify inbound interest as needed to support the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain and update prospect records in the CRM, keeping the information organized and accurate.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to continuously refine our lead criteria and outreach strategies.
