This position works a hybrid rotation schedule. 2-3 days in office and 2 days work from home each week. PRIMARY FUNCTION: The ideal Sales Development Representative (SDR) has a strong desire to uncover the needs of the member or prospects, excels at outbound calling, can start new relationships, meticulously follows the sales process and can successfully close the sale. They should be a quick learner with strong communication skills, and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Understands that every interaction is an opportunity to help our members attain financial success while achieving the desired member acquisition levels, and profitability.
