Aon is hiring for a Sales Development Representative. This is a hybrid position that can be worked out of our Victor, NY or Fort Washington, PA offices. Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are the tip of the spear. That means they are responsible for making sure customers who start our online application for insurance successfully complete them. SDRs work with customers through several channels, such as instant messaging, inbound and outbound phone calls, and provide assistance to Advisors in both quoting and selling small commercial insurance. The role encompasses both the quantitative support of the sale, as well as a qualitative review of documentation, prior to binding coverage.
