About The Position

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to generate qualified pipeline for our health system vertical. You'll be on the front lines of bringing Doctronic's AI-powered diagnostics to hospitals, health systems, and integrated delivery networks (IDNs)—booking meetings that turn into partnerships that transform patient care. This is an outbound-heavy role where your persistence and strategic prospecting will directly impact our growth. You'll learn the complex world of health system sales, understanding pain points around physician burnout, patient access, and operational efficiency while building relationships with clinical and IT leaders.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of SDR or similar outbound sales experience
  • High volume tolerance—you thrive in an outbound-heavy role with ambitious activity targets
  • Coachable and eager to learn the nuances of enterprise healthcare sales
  • Metrics-driven with a track record of hitting and exceeding goals
  • Persistent and resilient—you don't take "no" personally and know when to follow up
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator who can articulate complex value propositions
  • CRM proficiency (we use HubSpot)
  • Curious about healthcare and motivated by the mission to improve patient outcomes

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare or health tech sales experience
  • Understanding of hospital buying cycles and procurement processes
  • Experience selling to clinical leadership (CMOs, CNOs, department heads) or IT leadership (CIOs, CTOs)
  • Familiarity with health system organizational structures and decision-making dynamics
  • Knowledge of value-based care, population health, or digital health trends

Responsibilities

  • Research target accounts to identify key decision-makers including CIOs, CMOs, and innovation leads
  • Craft personalized, compelling outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn that cuts through the noise
  • Book qualified meetings for our Account Executive and SVP Business Development, Health Systems
  • Track activity and pipeline metrics religiously, using data to optimize your approach
  • Develop deep knowledge of health system pain points: physician burnout, patient access challenges, and operational efficiency gaps
  • Build a robust understanding of how AI diagnostics can solve real problems for health systems
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging and targeting strategies
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline forecasting in our CRM
