About The Position

ZoomInfo is growing and looking for passionate, talented individuals to join our Sales Development team! As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focusing on Existing Business, you'll receive top-tier training, collaborate with industry-leading professionals, and play a pivotal role in executing strategic sales efforts. This role is designed for someone eager to grow their career in sales, work closely with top-performing Account Managers, and help expand ZoomInfo's reach across various market segments. Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with professionals at all levels across various departments.
  • Curiosity and active listening skills to understand prospects' needs and tailor your outreach in a meaningful way.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to create and follow a structured approach to prospecting and managing your pipeline.
  • A genuine interest in learning about market trends, customer challenges, and how businesses operate to continuously improve your approach.
  • Familiarity with sales or CRM technologies is helpful, but we'll provide training on tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with the flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment and openness to trying new approaches to connect with prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to engage senior-level executives at organizations ranging from emerging businesses to large enterprise accounts (100+ to 1,000+ employees), building a robust sales pipeline and driving new business opportunities.
  • Research, develop, and execute strategic outbound sales plans by mapping out targeted accounts, identifying key decision-makers, and driving opportunities across various account types including new divisions within existing customers, under-penetrated accounts with growth potential, and net new business opportunities.
  • Educate prospective leads on the full suite of ZoomInfo solutions, focusing on how our products solve real pain points within their Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Help prospects understand the business impact ZoomInfo can deliver, ensuring your conversations are rooted in their needs and challenges.
  • Establish strong, trusting relationships with both internal team members and external stakeholders, building confidence in the value ZoomInfo brings.
  • Deliver high-quality outbound activity including calls, emails, and social touches to generate conversations and set meetings with senior stakeholders.
