About The Position

Axon’s Sales Development Program (SDP) is a highly selective rotational experience at one of the fastest-growing publicly traded tech companies in the world. A segment of our Leadership Development Program, the SDP is designed to identify, develop and empower our next generation of sales leaders. WHO IS AXON? THE SDP EXPERIENCE Axon’s Sales Development Program is a highly-selective, 2-year rotational program that places high-potential individuals in sales roles across the company — on a path to sales leadership. Designed for those eager to gain broad business exposure at a high-growth company, Axon’s SDP is ideal for future sales leaders ready to drive innovation and make an impact. The SDP gives candidates hands-on experience with Axon’s growing sales teams, including Domestic, International, Federal and Enterprise. 3-5 rotations over 2 years, providing the flexibility to co-create your rotation experience based on skills, interests, and career goals Opportunity to partner directly with senior sales leadership on high-impact, complex initiatives that drive revenue growth and shape the future go-to-market strategy at Axon Gain exposure to a broad range of sales teams and functions — Emerging Products, New Markets, Inside Sales, International Strategy and Operations, Federal, Enterprise, Strategic Initiatives, Customer Operations, Sales Strategy, Revenue Intelligence, Roadshow and more! Mentorship from a well-established and extensive network of LDP and SDP alumni, including Axon President Josh Isner Specific programming (panels, speaker sessions, mentorship program) focused on career development and leadership training Social events (e.g. Axon Suite at Phoenix Suns/Boston Celtics NBA games/concerts) that support the development of the tight-knit LDP/SDP community and provide exposure to the broader Axon community

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree, with an expected graduation date by June 2026
  • Demonstrated sales and leadership experience
  • Passion for problem-solving
