The Sales Development Program at Qualtrics is designed for individuals who are eager to kickstart their careers in corporate sales. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, engaging with leaders and executives across various industries. Your primary goal is to connect these prospects with the Qualtrics platform, helping them leverage data to make informed decisions. This role emphasizes personal growth, with opportunities for rapid advancement within the sales organization.

  • Make 50+ calls and send 50+ personalized emails per day.
  • Identify key decision makers and influencers within organizations.
  • Articulate how Qualtrics tools can help organizations improve with real-time data.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to strategize methods for penetrating targeted accounts.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to execute personalized account-based campaigns.
  • Attend various meetings and training sessions to develop skills.
  • Share best practices and learn from peers to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's Degree (no specific major required).
  • Preferred sales experience, which can include internships, sales programs, or any cold calling experiences.
  • Experience in sales internships or programs.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and Salesforce.
  • Uncapped commissions and accelerators.
