We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SDR Manager to lead one of our sales development representative teams. This is a high-impact role critical to our next phase of growth. As a SDR manager, you will own the performance, development, and success of a team of SDRs focused on acquiring and expanding relationships with our partners and customers. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with a proven track record of developing strategies to exceed business development targets and a passion for building high-performing, customer-centric SDR teams. This is a hybrid position with on-site expectations of 2-3 days per week in one of our hubs: NYC, SF, SLC. For candidates outside of those locations, you may be eligible for our relocation assistance program.
