Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience
  • Extensive experience in software sales and delivery of commercial value in the industry
  • Significant experience in commercial sales in the pharmaceutical software sector
  • Exceptional network and sales experience with a well-recognized reputation
  • Extensive experience bringing innovation to solve complex issues
  • Proven ability to influence senior-level executives
  • Proven experience driving global change in complex organizations

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales leadership organisation in all business development activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop market expansion strategies, drive client acquisition, and establish partnerships
  • Identify new leads and drive opportunities to impact pipeline expansion and sales velocity
  • Support the creation of opportunity-specific sales materials
  • Report on critical metrics, including outbound contact, opportunity conversion, and resultant sales
  • Solve issues and manage risks related to customers, serving as a partner both internally and externally
