As Cresta’s newest Sales Development Manager, your focus is on building, coaching, and inspiring a world-class team of 6+ SDRs tasked to creatively prospect into key accounts. You will strategically implement repeatable processes, evolve the SDR playbook, and take full ownership of pipeline targets while cultivating a team culture of creativity, growth, and accountability. You’ll form deep partnerships with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to accelerate growth across inbound and outbound channels, taking the SDR program to new heights. This hybrid role is based in San Francisco, requiring two days per week in our office.
