We are looking for a hands-on, results-oriented PerfectScale Sales Development Manager (SDM) to lead and scale our global BDR team across North America and EMEA. Reporting to the VP, Enterprise Platforms, you will be responsible for coaching, managing, and scaling a high-performing team focused on generating qualified pipeline through a heavy outbound motion. This is a pivotal role for an agile, "startup-minded" leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will be the architect of our outbound engine, responsible for building the foundation of how we message and engage with our target personas.
