We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Developer / Business Development Executive to drive engineering sales for Engineering, Research and Development Services within Life Sciences domains. This role can be based in key U.S. regions including New England, New York, New Jersey, San Francisco Bay Area, San Diego, Minneapolis, and Chicago. Your role Bring Capgemini’s engineering services value to major Life Sciences clients in North America. Present, promote and sell solutions/services using proven arguments to existing and prospective customers. Lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closure of opportunities to drive profitable growth. Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline consistent with account strategy. Lead client relationships independently or with support from Client Partner or Client Leader. Structure and craft deals for value, demonstrating offerings and capabilities. Monitor client engagement levels and conduct periodic business reviews.
