This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual product and reserve income, and bonuses based on individual net PVR, product penetration, and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Requirements
- 3-5 yrs. experience as a dealership Sales Manager, REQUIRED.
- Must be proactive and a high performer.
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities
- Must make outbound calls daily and set appointments.
- Must speak to customers daily and get involved in transactions by closing deals.
- Must manage and train Sales Team on sales processes and procedures.
