Requirements

• Proven track record with exceptional Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
• Previous automotive sales management or desking experience
• Strong deal-structuring, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and customer engagement abilities
• Acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license in your state of residence
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales desk operations
• Structuring deals
• Supporting the sales team
• Maximizing profitability while ensuring an exceptional customer experience
• Desk all retail deals to ensure profitability, compliance, and customer satisfaction
• Work closely with sales consultants to structure deals and close transactions
• Coach, train, and motivate the sales team on sales process, product knowledge, and best practices
• Meet and greet customers early in the sales process and remain involved through delivery
• Collaborate with Finance and lender partners to ensure smooth deal flow
• Monitor sales performance and ensure daily, monthly, and annual sales goals are met
• Maintain strong communication between Sales, Finance, and Management teams
• Ensure adherence to dealership processes and manufacturer guidelines
