The Role The Sales Desk Manager will lead a team of Relationship Management Associates (RMAs) and report directly to the Head of Internal Sales. This role is responsible for day-to-day team management, setting and executing strategy, and driving performance through clear KPIs. The Sales Desk Manager will collaborate closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Global Portfolio Strategy & Solutions to ensure alignment and deliver results. The ideal candidate brings proven sales experience, a passion for coaching and talent development, and the ability to create a high-performing, metrics-driven culture.
