About The Position

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company—meeting with pre-qualified homeowners, understanding their needs, and presenting customized bath solutions. This is an outside sales position that leverages modern technology to design and deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Previous in-home sales experience is a plus
• Background in home improvement, construction, or remodeling preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home presentations using our iPad-based sales system
• Build rapport with homeowners and assess their remodeling needs
• Design personalized bath solutions using easy-to-use software
• Provide accurate pricing and confidently close sales
• Participate in ongoing weekly training to enhance sales skills
