As an In-Home Sales Representative , you’ll be the face of our company—meeting with pre-qualified homeowners, understanding their needs, and presenting customized bath solutions. This is an outside sales position that leverages modern technology to design and deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Background in home improvement, construction, or remodeling preferred
- Confident presenter with strong public speaking abilities
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Outgoing and professional personality
- Reliable transportation and local residency required
Nice To Haves
- Previous in-home sales experience is a plus
- Background in home improvement, construction, or remodeling preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home presentations using our iPad-based sales system
- Build rapport with homeowners and assess their remodeling needs
- Design personalized bath solutions using easy-to-use software
- Provide accurate pricing and confidently close sales
- Participate in ongoing weekly training to enhance sales skills
