About The Position

The Sales Deployment Specialist - Sr. Consultant II will lead creative sourcing strategies to drive the successful deployment of new agency appointments. This individual will be responsible for territory or region-wide candidate sourcing, candidate vetting, presenting the Allstate agency owner opportunity, cash flow/business planning conversations, candidate closing, and supporting sales leaders with recruiting and closing education and best practices. The market covered will primarily be Colorado, Idaho and New Mexico. Additional markets will be supported as part of the team. Your ability to be well organized, manage your time and comfortable in your presentation skills will be needed in this opportunity.

Requirements

  • 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
  • 3 or more years of related experience (Preferred)
  • Recruiting experience (Preferred)
  • Property and Casualty licenses will be required
  • Life/Heath licenses will be required
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining a diverse network of key organizations, centers of influence, and associations for potential sourcing as well as attending recruiting and networking events
  • Prospect and develop a candidate pipeline
  • Presenting the Allstate agency owner opportunity and compensation plan and closing the candidate
  • Conducting cash flow/business planning discussions prior to final review with the sales leader and senior sales leader
  • Sourcing for and developing a deep pipeline of potential candidates as well as prescreening and interviewing candidates
  • Consulting with and building a relationship with the regional leaders to determining agency deployment requirements and building an effective recruiting strategy
  • Effectively communicating and coordinating with the regional EA recruiting team and sales leadership
  • Facilitates a smooth transfer of the candidate to the sales leader
