Role Purpose Capricorn’s Sales Delivery Representatives play a critical role in driving business growth by proactively connecting with potential and existing Members and Suppliers through outbound calls and emails. Working closely with Area Managers and Supply Account Managers, you will qualify leads, confidently progress sales conversations, and support the conversion of prospects into new Members. By accurately capturing information in CRM systems and maintaining high quality data, you will help promote Capricorn’s products and services and contribute to increased Member engagement and share of wallet. Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience using CRM systems, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Ability to confidently manage high volume outbound calls and email communication
  • Strong phone presence with clear, professional verbal communication skills
  • Well developed written communication skills for email and system-based correspondence
  • Proven sales capability in an outbound or call centre sales environment
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to update systems while actively engaging with customers over the phone
  • Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong problem solving skills and a proactive, results focused mindset
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales and service focused role
  • Previous experience using CRM platforms and maintaining accurate customer and sales data
  • Outbound sales experience highly desirable, preferably in a call centre or structured sales environment
  • Completion of Year 10 High School Certificate or equivalent (preferred)

  • Exposure to basic accounting principles
  • Customer Service Certificate (desirable)
