Naturescape, a family-owned company established in 1986, is seeking a full-time Sales & Customer Service Support Assistant to work from their home office in Muskego, WI. This role is integral to providing exceptional service to customers and supporting the company's 42 branches across the Midwest and South. The assistant will play a crucial role in customer satisfaction and company success through direct interactions, identifying sales opportunities, and performing various administrative tasks. Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer questions and concerns over the phone, email, and online chat using solutions-oriented and caring communication.
Contact current and interested customers to establish long-term relationships.
Look for sales opportunities for services to fulfill customers' needs and aspirations.
Accurately enter, update, and organize customer data into customer management software.
Generate customer reports.
Process customer payments.
Make bank deposits.
Send and print letters and statements to customers via regular mail.
Make phone calls to customers (primarily in the winter months) to ensure they are signed up for upcoming services.
Assist with office cleaning.
Assist department managers.
Make deliveries to the local post office or UPS store.
