GENERAL DESCRIPTION/PURPOSE The primary responsibility of a Sales Counselor is to facilitate the sale of new homes, using a structured sales process. HMH must be represented with professionalism, and have our mission and values incorporated into all aspects of the Sales Counselor’s responsibilities.
