About The Position

The Sales Coordinator will be an ambassador of the brand as well as the individual properties, working closely with clients and properties on behalf of the global sales team providing administrative assistance, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication and collaboration across regions. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, along with attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Work with property sales teams to create, generate, manage, and audit reports for the sales team, Makeready leadership teams, and ownership.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, leads, and opportunities, using CRM software.
  • Coordinate communication between the sales team and other departments, including marketing, revenue management, and operations
  • Assist with the planning and execution of sales events, trade shows, and familiarization trips.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients, partners, and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to support sales efforts.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to ensure alignment of strategies and Objectives.
  • Assist in monitoring sales budget by tracking expenses and revenue.
  • Facilitate the processing and cataloging of purchase orders and invoices.
