Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales coordination, customer service, or order management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage purchasing activities, order maintenance, and delivery timelines to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
  • Proactively communicate order updates and resolve inquiries via phone and email.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and handle high-volume workloads.
  • Ensure data accuracy across systems to support efficient order processing and reporting.
  • Support customer satisfaction initiatives through responsiveness, follow-up, and service excellence.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and operational efficiency.
