Where You’ll Make a Difference Provide critical support to Account Managers (AM) by managing customer relations and data integrity in systems like SalesForce, PriceForce and Clover. Enter customer briefs and related tasks into SalesForce and ensure proper linkage between brief-to-win and order fulfillment processes. Maintain accurate project, customer, and pricing information in SalesForce/PriceForce and communicate changes as needed. Troubleshoot and remove potential roadblocks without involving AM wherever possible. Handle internal and external inquiries for AM, often independently. Facilitate, expedite, and track samples, documents, and creative tasks. Ensure timely communication with internal and external customers. Keep AM informed of potential disruptions relevant to the brief-to-win process. Attend customer visits, lab tastings, and participate in meetings and presentations with AM when time allows. What Makes You the Right Fit High School Degree or GED (Bachelor’s Degree preferred). Excellent communication (verbal and written), analytical, and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills and ability to adapt to new software systems. Proactive, tenacious, customer-focused, and results-oriented. Strong decision-making abilities. Preferred: Proficiency in SalesForce, SAP, Outlook, AO, and Excel. 1–3 years of experience in a flavor manufacturing environment. How Would You Stand Out Experience in flavor manufacturing and familiarity with IFF functional areas. Advanced proficiency in SalesForce and SAP. Requirements

  • High School Degree or GED (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
