Blue Flame manages three hotels on the Northeast side of Fort Wayne: the Hampton Inn Dupont and the Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites (a dual property location). As a Sales Coordinator for the hotels, your general responsibilities will include but are not limited to, coordinating, selling, booking, and prospecting all sales aspects including but not limited to groups, meetings, site tours, corporate accounts, tele-prospects, banquet events, etc., work other areas as designated by the Director of Sales and General Manager, assist in the preparation of the annual departmental budget and operates within the approved budget, maintain compliance with company policies, practices, procedures, and safety standards, pre-arrange site tours of the hotel as well as to conduct any drop-in site tours, book, and block meeting space, and other related client requests are completed and provided to the client. You will follow all Sales Standard Operating Procedures as directed by the Director of Sales.
