About The Position

Garfield Refining is a 130+year-old family-owned refinery located in Philadelphia, PA and a leader in the precious metals industry. Garfield delivers award-winning customer service to the dental, jeweler, pawnbroker, manufacturing, and death-care industries. We believe that recycling is important and pride ourselves doing our part to keep metal out of landfills while providing an essential service to our clients. Garfield is looking for an entry-level Sales Coordinator that will provide administrative and inside sales support that includes high-volume data entry, outbound phone calls, and lead follow-up to maintain the health of the sales pipeline in the Dental Department. This role requires a task-oriented, highly motivated person with a passion for sales and a natural desire to achieve results.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in Account Management, Inside Sales, or an Administrative role
Task-oriented and works best in a routine
Elite phone and in-person communication skills
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work with different types of clients
Desire to work in a team setting
Problem-solving skills to help resolve customer issues or needs

Nice To Haves

Associates or Bachelor degree preferred; however, we provide comprehensive training and all candidates will be considered

Responsibilities

Qualifying leads through inbound/outbound calls and maintaining qualified leads in a sales pipeline
Entering lists of data and organizing accounts to sustain a pipeline of new leads to the Dental Department
Tracking inbound and outbound shipments
Providing administrative support where needed
Servicing clients and building relationships to retain business
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Updating and maintaining CRM
