About The Position

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team. This impactful and collaborating position connects Haller Enterprise's empathetic personality, with our focus on quality service, between customers and sales. You must have the ability to deliver world-class customer service, scheduling and assisting sales personnel in closing job proposals. Hours are Saturdays & 4 weekdays 8am to 5pm. Day off during the week can vary. Additional hours may be required during peak seasons.

Requirements

  • One (1) year experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Critical thinking and problem solving, working with a team
  • A positive, energetic personality

Nice To Haves

  • Industry knowledge is a "nice-to-have" but not a requirement

Responsibilities

  • Be the channel between the customer and the sales team.
  • Schedule and manage incoming sales appointments.
  • Provide support with the service technicians scheduling tech leads.
  • Manage the follow up cadence for jobs on hold.
  • Support the sales team with their daily schedules.
  • Process all sales related forms daily.
  • Assist in the resolution of customer issues or differences.
  • Be an active participant in the support phone queues.
  • Assist Sales Manager and/or Office Support Manager in special projects as assigned.
  • Provide backup/support for Project Coordination & the Install Team as needed/directed.
  • All other related duties as assigned or directed.
