About The Position

Summary: Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of food service programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Answer telephones and direct inquiries in a professional and client centric manner. Maintain confidential personnel files. Track incoming leads, inquiries, and follow-ups to ensure timely responses and conversions. Prepare sales packets, promotional materials, and onboarding documents for new clients. Support event planning for sales initiatives, trade shows, or client engagement activities. Assist with resolving client issues by coordinating with appropriate departments and ensuring timely follow-up. Assist in preparation of end of month financial reports. Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required. Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely. Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, school personnel, administrators, student's parents and Supervisor. Performs other duties as assigned. Apply to Levy today!
