Detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Coordinator Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately entering customer orders into our system, ensuring timely processing, and supporting internal teams with order-related inquiries. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent data entry skills, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with ERP Systems (SAP, STEEB) a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter customer orders into the ERP or order management system.
  • Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and product availability.
  • Resolving any issues or delays related to order processing
  • Collaborating with various departments, such as sales, order execution and Credit
  • Monitor order status and follow special requests.
  • Maintain records of orders and related documentation.
  • Assist with generating order reports and tracking metrics as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to order processing.
  • Providing regular updates and communication to sales and management teams
