About The Position

Join ARS, the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with over 7,000 team members and 45 years of experience. This full-time, year-round Sales Coordinator role involves following up on hot, warm, and cold leads to help fill the board for the in-home sales team. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, coordinating with field sales representatives, following up on quotes, and driving revenue through effective outbound communication. This position is fast-paced, phone-heavy, and essential to team success.

Requirements

  • 2 years of customer service experience (inbound/outbound)
  • Strong computer and multi-line phone proficiency
  • Ability to work in-office daily (this is not a remote role)
  • Flexible availability for assigned shift and occasional weekends
  • Must pass background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • Inside sales or lead generation experience preferred
