About The Position

The sales coordinator serves as the lead to two Customer Service Representatives. Performs bookkeeping and accounting duties for cash and credit card receipts for revenue from pass sales, Ticket Vending Machine (TVM) receipts; Farebox Revenue. Prepares daily deposits, coordinates group sales and outlet locations. Prepares invoices and reconciles Accounts Receivables. the Sales coordinator assists with customer inquiries, complaints, and supports a number of ITS systems including the Interactive Voice Response (IVR), updating voice files and schedule information; Coordinates GFI pass validation, compiling "bad" list and running pass queries; Maintenance of Productive Solutions/PCIT, updating user permissions, maintaining item lists, running reports, working with vendor to resolve bugs. the sales Coordinator prepares monthly summary reports for administrative staff.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent and four (4) years of experience in the field related to the position.
  • Associate's degree in accounting, Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Finance or similar discipline and two (2) years of experience in the field related to the position
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Finance or similar discipline and experience in the field related to the position.
  • Employment is conditional based on a satisfactory background check which includes criminal, education, and employment history at the time of hire.
  • All required certifications and licenses must remain current for the duration of employment.
