This role is for someone who enjoys talking to people, following up with purpose, and turning opportunities into results . Your primary focus is on following up with homeowners who have already received an estimate and helping move them toward a clear next step.

• Is confident using CRMs and tracking information
• Takes ownership and accountability seriously

Nice To Haves

• Experience in inside sales, customer service, or follow-up roles is preferred, but mindset and communication skills matter most

Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers by phone, text, email, and CRM
• Reducing the time between the estimated delivery date and the signed contract
• Uncovering questions, concerns, or objections
• Scheduling follow-up calls or appointments for sales reps
• Clearly documenting conversations and feedback in the CRM
• Sharing customer insights with the sales team so nothing gets missed
• Cover incoming calls and appointment scheduling when needed
