About The Position

This hybrid role, based in Fairport, NY, is for a North America Sales Controller for IQSIGHT LLC. The successful candidate will act as the finance business partner for the regional head of sales, collaboratively managing a sales organization with an annual turnover of approximately $150M. Key responsibilities include providing financial transparency and strategic business advice to sales leaders and senior management, while also promoting a high-performance culture focused on speed and achievement within the sales leadership team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a finance business partner, preferably in a sales-oriented environment.
  • Strong leadership experience, preferably in an international context.
  • Sound understanding of core controlling processes (e.g. business planning, forecasting, reporting, measure definition & tracking) and management accounting.
  • Ability to influence your stakeholders and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing.
  • Works in a team, resilient, and has a high level of perseverance as well as intercultural skills.
  • Analytical, results-oriented and structured approach.
  • Able to travel up to 20% of the time, domestically or internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a finance business partner for regional heads of sales and the sales leadership team.
  • Evaluate, drive and support business decisions and sales strategy.
  • Interpret the regional sales performance (e.g. vs. Market, Competitors).
  • Plan, forecast and manage financial results and resources (e.g. sales, margin, sales cost, working capital, personnel).
  • Develop, implement, and improve KPIs, management and reporting processes, price authorization and approval concepts throughout the region in partnership with the sales leader.
