How you’ll add value… As the Sales Contract Pricing Analyst, you will be a critical resource in the FP&A team to support deal modeling, bookings valuations, and pricing administration. The role reports to the FP&A Manager and will be located in Plainfield.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree ideally in Finance, Actuarial, Business, or similar field.
  • Experience providing modeling and analysis of Sales deals.
  • Intermediate experience in Salesforce.com (must be able to create custom reports, support calculated and custom fields).
  • Intermediate to expert level skills in Excel to be able to cleanse and parse data from disparate data pools or systems, and enable efficient data-based decision making.
  • Experience working in a FP&A, Sales Ops, or Rev Ops department supporting the needs of Finance, Commercial and senior leadership.
  • Ability to manage currency conversions to and from USD.
  • Proactive, motivated, and results orientated individual driven and determined to achieve objectives.
  • Highly accurate, strong judgement, sensitivity, discretion skills, and affinity for numbers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team and share information and interact positively with others within the global team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce.com, CPQ tools, and Oracle Cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Play a critical role in valuing each opportunity in Salesforce.com to look at the Total Sales Value (TSV) of global multi-service contracts and create bookings values used for Commercial incentives, forecasting, and delivering actionable insights to management.
  • Create dynamic deal models in Excel to evaluate deal profitability, cash flow, NPV, break even and variance analysis.
  • Partner across Commercial, Operations, and Finance leadership to deliver critical business insights such as pricing, margin, and service line performance to enable data-based decision making.
  • Support inflation adjusted pricing in accordance with contract requirements and cross-functional support of Sales Operations, Billing, and other internal departments.
  • Support Configure Price Quote (CPQ) functionality within Salesforce.com in coordination with Sales Operations and Billing teams.
  • Manage Bookings forecasts, and support the FP&A and Operations planning functions.
  • Assist with other duties and projects assigned.
