With over 200 galleries worldwide and growing fast, we specialize in transforming the human iris into stunning works of art through cutting-edge photography and premium printing technology. Each eye tells a story. We help customers turn that story into something beautiful, emotional, and uniquely theirs. As a Sales Consultant, your mission is to deliver exceptional customer service while meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Requirements
- Has a strong sales mindset and a natural ability to connect with customers
- Is friendly, confident, and persuasive in closing sales
- Has flexible availability, including weekends
- Is fluent in English (additional languages are a strong asset)
- Is comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems (Adobe or photography experience is a plus)
- Demonstrates reliability, initiative, and team spirit

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and guide them through the Iris Galerie experience
- Spark curiosity, explain the concept, and convert interest into sales
- Handle transactions, upsell personalized products, and offer expert advice
- Stay engaged and proactive during quiet times—no two days are the same
- Represent the Iris Galerie brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
