The Vision of Alpine Heating & Air Conditioning is to relieve the worry and stress in and around our community for Residential Heating, Cooling, Electrical and Ducting Cleaning needs! Alpine Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for a Sales Consultant. Essential Duties The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Achieving the budgeted sales and gross margin dollars outlined in the company plan, and technician generated leads according to plan. Ensure that, if the replacement business is slow, outbound calls are being made to generate leads. Work very closely with the General Manager and Install Manager to coordinate sales and production to achieve the budgeted levels of production. Depending on call volume, shoot for 2 - 3 sales calls a day. Ensure that each Comfort Advisor is fully trained in their required contributions to achieving the company plan. Ensuring company professionalism, 100% satisfaction and commitment to the company’s clients, as well as showing a positive team attitude in all dealings with other team members. Attend monthly manager meetings, monthly team meetings, and safety meetings. Complete other duties as assigned by the General Manager and/or Owner. Adhere to and display the companies Mission Statement, Vision Statement, and Core Values.
