About The Position

As a Sales Consultant , you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. You will serve as a trusted advisor, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business. This role requires a deep understanding of the products or services offered, enabling you to effectively communicate value propositions and overcome objections. You will collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute directly to the company’s market presence and profitability by converting leads into loyal customers through consultative selling techniques.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a consultative or B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close sales while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide customer feedback and support promotional campaigns.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging market opportunities.
