About The Position
Don Wood Hyundai is looking for motivated, high-energy, and detail-oriented individuals to join our sales team as Sales Consultants. As a Sales Consultant, you will represent Hyundai’s award-winning vehicles and provide an exceptional customer experience by guiding buyers throughout the entire sales process. We offer a weekly draw to support consistent income and monthly commission payouts based on your performance.
Requirements

- Ability to quickly learn and retain product and process information.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive sales experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, on the lot, and through phone, text, or email communications.
- Assess customer needs to match them with suitable Hyundai models.
- Explain vehicle features, benefits, pricing, and financing options clearly.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge of Hyundai models, trims, and technologies.
- Conduct high-quality test drives and demonstrations for customers.
- Follow up promptly and consistently with leads using CRM tools.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and paperwork.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain excellent customer satisfaction scores.
- Participate in ongoing training, product launches, and team meetings.
- Maintain professionalism, dealership appearance standards, and adhere to Hyundai brand guidelines.
