In this role, you’ll work one-on-one with customers, assess their needs, and recommend personalized arch support solutions that help them move through life more comfortably. Requirements

Retail or sales experience preferred (consultative sales experience is a plus).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust quickly with customers.
Comfortable working toward sales goals and performance targets.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to assist customers with fittings.
Weekend and evening availability.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional store environment.
Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand each customer’s foot pain, lifestyle, and mobility needs.
Demonstrate and fit customers with appropriate arch supports and related products.
Educate customers on how proper arch support can improve comfort, alignment, and overall wellness.
Guide customers through the personalized fitting process and recommend solutions that best meet their needs.
Achieve individual and team sales goals through strong product knowledge and consultative selling.
Maintain accurate sales transactions and customer records using the point-of-sale system.
Follow up with customers when appropriate to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked with merchandise and displays.
Stay knowledgeable about product features, benefits, and company promotions.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive, supportive sales environment.
