About The Position
We are seeking motivated Sales Consultants to represent residential solar, roofing, and energy-efficiency solutions. This role focuses on educating homeowners, setting appointments, and guiding customers through available programs. Training and support are provided. Areas of Focus Solar Sales – High commissions, long-term demand, and booming incentives Roofing Sales – Strong payouts, insurance-driven opportunities, year-round work Mass Save Appointment Setting – Quick wins, easy entry, fast commissions Consultants may work across one or multiple service lines based on experience and interest.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and coachable
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation preferred

- Sales experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home or virtual consultations
- Educate homeowners on available products and programs
- Generate and follow up with leads
