About The Position

Sales Consultants are responsible for helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs, navigate the purchase or lease process, and ensure they feel confident and taken care of from start to finish. This role directly impacts customer satisfaction, dealership performance, and the individual's earning potential. Swickard Honda provides the training, structure, and support to help new consultants succeed, welcoming individuals from retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional, hospitality-driven manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Build relationships that drive repeat and referral business
• Follow a structured sales process from initial contact to delivery
• Maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems
• Work with sales managers and F&I to finalize deals
• Manage multiple customers in a fast-paced environment
• Learn Honda products, features, and technology
• Stay current on incentives and market trends
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development
