Requirements

  • Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
  • Sales experience required (automotive, retail, or hospitality)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Driven, motivated, and coachable
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Nice To Haves

  • Internet/BDC, luxury, or customer-facing background preferred

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
  • Present and demonstrate Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Negotiate and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, features, and industry trends.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
  • Other duties as assigned.
