The Opportunity: We are seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, connecting small business owners with the tailored accounting and tax solutions they need to succeed. This is a consultative sales position focused on helping small business owners and providing exceptional value.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of proven success in a sales role, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Prior experience in a phone-based, high volume sales environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and articulate complex information clearly and professionally.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently.
  • Collaborative and receptive to coaching, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Demonstrated confidence in presenting solutions and making decisive recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified inbound leads, engaging with business owners who have expressed interest in our services.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand a client's specific business challenges and financial goals.
  • Leverage your expertise to recommend and present the most suitable accounting and tax solutions.
  • Educate business owners on the value of professional financial services, using a consultative approach to address their concerns and build trust.
  • Collaborate with our Client Success and Account Management teams to ensure a smooth transition and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Accurately and efficiently manage all client interactions and information within our CRM system.
